B.J. Gallagher, Ph.D., CCC-SLP qualifications, certifications, and affiliations.

I am an Assistive Technology Specialist, a Speech/Language Pathologist, and an Online Instructional Designer with a Ph.D. from Capella University. Having recently retired after 30 years in the Baltimore City Public School System, my passions include advocating for individuals with disabilities facing challenges in school, the home, and in the community. My expertise in assessment, therapy, and training is geared to both face to face and online versions. I am currently a member of, and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology, and the Award for Continuing Education from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. I hold the Maryland State Department of Education Certification on Speech Pathology K-12, and the Maryland State License for Speech Pathology.
